We came with a group of six including 2 children, and were seated promptly. Service, appetizers, and main dishes were all great. Ben, our chef, put on an exciting show and was charming. We will be coming back and are all comfortable recommending this Hibachi restaurant to others. It was busy all the while we were there, and I can understand why.

For us, a complete disaster. We waited for over an hour for our first roll. And to compensate us for our time and horrible experience they even gave us 10% off our bill.... Nothing says "We value your business" like $5 off. I'll gladly make the 20 mile jaunt to Naples to enjoy sushi near Marco.

I lived in the area 9 years, and this is the restaurant I miss most! Fun time, excellent food. I love Marco Island.

The sushi was good, but the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Above the sushi bar was a large TV playing a TV show called, "America's Stupidest Partiers" I was very displeased to see a man wax off his mohawk half way through dinner. My fiance and I had a few rolls that were decent, but I wanted to leave as soon as possible. Perhaps its better to enjoy the steak house portion.

Yikes. I've been enjoying sushi since before it was trendy, 30 years now. I've eaten at the high end [Nobu], and the low [dozens of local joints]. A well-worn ambiance, which this place has, doesn't bother me as long as the food is good. But, this is absolutely the worst sushi ever. My wife and I like saba [mackerel] which is considered 'challenging' due to its strong flavor, but can be outstanding when done right. Here, it was nearly inedible. The fish was as tough as leather, and way over-vinegared, probably in an attempt to mask its low quality. Our few other pieces of sushi and makis [rolls] were dull and barely passable. We finally bailed when we ordered the spicy salmon roll. We each had a piece, and agreed that it was totally weird. Not spoiled fish, exactly [maybe the spice was hiding that], but definitely off and very unpleasantly unlike anything we've ever been offered. That was the end for us. We sat at the bar, and the service was efficient but sullen. The scene at the teppanyaki tables was strange as well. One birthday party was enjoying themselves, but customers at two other tables ordered drinks and left, as there was only one teppanyaki chef and he was clearly not going to be done with the birthday group anytime soon. Like Andreas K, I say, "You've been warned." Worst. Sushi. Ever.

The sushi was super fresh! We had uni(sea urchin) with quail eggs and it didn't taste the least bit fishy. I actually asked hubs if they had forgotten the uni! The kids enjoyed hibachi and it was simple and not overly flavored or salty which is typical of strip mall hibachi places. There's only one hibachi chef so you have to order rolls and other apps but they try to fill your wait time by bringing out soups and salads separately.

We had nigiri (smoked salmon, surf clam, conch, white tail,). All were very good. We also enjoyed the salmon skin roll, the Mexican roll, the spider roll, and the Dynamite too roll. It was all very tasty and fresh, but I felt the prices were high even for Marco.

Service was good, keep in mind we were the only ones in the restaurant, but no complaints there. The sushi on the other hand ... I have never had anything so nasty, I wasn't even sure of what I was eating all I could tell was that it was very low grade. Being from south Florida and having real fresh prepared sushi in just about every other shopping center made this place look like a dump. I had to goto publix and get a sub because I wouldn't finish that unknown roll.

I thought it would have been better since I had heard they remodel. I guess my information was wrong. However, it's fun to sit around the tables and have the hibachi meals. Overall, I had a good time but it will be a while before I go back.

Some of the best sushi I've had in a long time!! Very fresh and reasonably quick. My brother got hibachi and he said it was great as well! We got lucky getting in, but may be a good idea to make a reservation around dinner time as it is a smaller place.

The hibachi was really good! Sushi was supper good! I hate roe and they. Forgot to take it off my roll and they gladly took it back and made me a new one and was apologetic. Inside is okay from the outside it looks sketchy. But a good place to go!

Okay food in a vacation town. We had lunch. Four lunch Bento boxes and a sashimi lunch A. The sashimi tasted fresh, 12 pieces for $12. The tempura was so-so.

Well, I was a little nervous just seeing the last review but I said what the heck. Walking thru the door the place seemed a little disheveled. We were greeted by a pleasant woman who promptly sat all 6 of us down. Small place with approx 6 hibachi tables equals HEAT. They did, however have several fans helping with the cooling which made thing tolerable. This could have slipped the place to 3 stars but the chef James was pleasant, entertaining and did an excellent Job. I had the Filet, Lobster & Shrimp combo and everything was great. All the appetizers that traditionally come with a hibachi meal were also great. My son got the NY Srtip with Shrimp combo. I wanted to try his NY Strip and it was equally as good. My youngest daughter (6) got a sunomono which, to my surprise had conch, squid, shrimp octopus and crab stick along with the cukes and rice vinegar. This, in my opinion was excellent! All in all everyone was happy, entertained and satisfied. We will definitely come back on any return trip to Marco Island.

Absolute train wreck! Avoid like the plague!!! I went to this dump as an uninformed visitor to the area. That is the only way this place can remain in business, with victims who are unlikely to return. I walk into this dump with my father. From the outside it looked closed, which it should be. Not very appealing decor and very dark and run down. It's only Hibachi tables and a sushi bar. Since my father doesn't eat sushi we sat at a table. He ordered steak and shrimp and I, a tuna salmon and crab roll. I asked to substitute the crab roll with either half salmon and tuna or another roll of either. The guy said he understood and why shouldn't he? I ask for this change all the time, its never a problem. What arrives are the salmon and tuna rolls in one roll, fried. You don't fry sushi. I am all for creative menus but sushi is never to be fried. Not to mention I am being screwed out of a roll. This entree was brought to me within minutes but my father was left to sit waiting for his dinner to be STARTED for 30 minutes. The chef did his little tricks very badly so it would have been better if he didn't do it at all. I ended up ordering another roll since they screwed me on the first order. It was fine but at that point I was disgusted. The chefs brought the food out on the carts which have 3 levels. The raw food was put on the bottom, 2 inches from the floor. Takes a special kind of moron to put raw chicken, seafood and meat 2 inches from the floor when it could easily be put on the top shelf. I don't Yelp and I don't generally complain about restaurants. I think most do what they can and are generally ok but this place was a disaster. I can't understand how they are still in business. I hope not much longer. Absolute train wreck from start to finish. Even the iced tea had bits of tea leaves in the bottom. Never ever go here. Ever. You've been warned.
